DDA Events

Every year, Downtown Miami plays host to events of every shape and size, from major festivals to small networking mixers. The Miami DDA’s marketing department is a great resource for event and meeting planners looking to host functions in Downtown Miami. Whether you are wondering which venues are available for rent, need an introduction, or have general questions on producing events in Downtown, the Miami DDA team is here to help.

Promotions

The Miami DDA assists new businesses and events in promoting themselves to the downtown community. Last year the team provided promotional assistance to more than 250 events and more than 50 new businesses, using a variety of channels to reach all who live, work and visit Downtown Miami.

The Miami DDA actively promotes Downtown Miami as a place for businesses, residents, and visitors alike. In addition to providing information via this website, we also connect people to resources via the communication channel you prefer.

The Miami DDA Marketing team is obsessed with enabling DDA residents to have a true sense of place and pride in the area they call home. DWNTWN, as we affectionately call the DDA District, is our lab to create new experiences, events, branded items, and methods of outreach to enhance this great area. We work to ensure that residents, visitors, investors, business owners, workers, and beyond understand the amazing downtown that we are all apart of and receive ample opportunities to get to know one another.

Printed Communications

We create and distribute a wide range of materials for business attraction, promotional purposes, and to keep residents informed. We also provide materials to visitors at special events and through welcome centers.
