Rising 540 feet tall in the Brickell Financial District, on the south end of our urban core, lies 1450 Brickell, Miami’s first LEED Gold office building. Boasting panoramic views filled with cotton candy skies, the entire 35-story glass curtainwall system is made with hurricane impact glass and contains more than 580,000 square feet of office space. Developed by the Rilea Group, whose president and CEO is longtime Miami DDA Board Member Alan Ojeda, the building welcomed its first tenants in January 2010.
