Sealed responses will be received by the Miami Downtown Development Authority (“Miami DDA”), Suite 2929, 200 S. Biscayne Blvd., Miami, Florida 33131 until 4:00 P.M. on JULY 8, 2009 for:

LOCAL ADVERTISING COOPERATIVE - MARKETING FIRM
Responses Due:  WEDNESDAY, JULY 08, 2009, at 4:00 P.M
RFQ Objective: The Miami Downtown Development Authority of the City of Miami, Florida (DDA) is seeking a qualified marketing firm to develop and manage a local advertising cooperative and consumer discount/loyalty card program.  The qualifying firm may perform a range of potential duties including:

• Solicit local businesses for participation in the co-operative
•  Develop Media/Ad buy and Campaign for advertising co-operative
• Manage local Advertising Co-operative
• Develop and Manage Consumer Discount/Loyalty Card Program

RFQ packages may be obtained on or after, June 22, 2009, from the Miami Downtown Development Authority, 200 S. Biscayne Blvd., Suite 2929, Miami FL 33131, (305-579-6675). The RFQ package can also be downloaded at no cost by visiting: the Miami DDA website.

It is the sole responsibility of all firms to ensure the receipt of any addendum and it is recommended that firms register to ensure addenda sent.
 
All bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers. At the time, date, and place above, bids will be publicly opened.  Any bids or proposals received after time and date specified will not be considered. The responsibility for submitting a bid/proposal before the stated time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the bidder/Bidder. The Miami DDA is not responsible for delays caused by courier service, including U.S. Mail, or any other occurrence.
