It is an exciting time here in the City of Miami. All across America, urban centers are finding new life as a result of greater appreciation for downtown living. Once forgotten areas have emerged as cutting-edge destinations. Miami is no stranger to this trend. Within the next five years, there will be 16,000 new residential units, high-quality retail, signature restaurants, and new commercial assets in the heart of our magical city. In addition to this robust private investment, a new state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center is currently under construction. Downtown Miami is a great place to Live, Work, Play, and Shop.
