Ultra Music Festival Miami - March 27-29

Ultra Music Festival Miami, the world's biggest outdoor dance party is taking over Bayfront Park this weekend.

During the festival, a new traffic plan will be going into place. The new plan will start Thursday, March 26th at 9:00pm and will be maintained throughout the weekend. Traffic will be back to normal on Monday, March 30 at 6:00am.

March is Bike305 Month!

Gear up for the annual Bike305 Month celebration. During the month of March, Miami residents are encouraged to try cycling to work, school and other destinations, as an alternative to driving on congested roadways. Cycling is a great way to exercise and see some of Miami's scenic sites via safe, protected paved bike trails throughout the city.

Mercedez-Benz Corporate Run Miami

The Mercedez-Benz Corporate Run is soon approaching on April 23, 2015. 2015 Greater Downtown Residential Real Estate Report

Integra Realty Resources (IRR) provides a complete picture of the Downtown Miami condo market showcasing upcoming developments, sales and leasing metrics, and land pricing. The 2015 report shows that the condo market is reaching the point of equilibrium where supply is catching up with demand, as sales from Latin America begin to hit a plateau and construction costs rise.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 14-15-02

The Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA) is soliciting qualification packages to establish a list of pre-qualified consulting firms on an as-needed basis to provide a variety of planning, engineering, architecture and design services for future plans, studies, etc. throughout Downtown Miami and the Miami DDA district. Please note, the deadline for RFQ submittal is March 16, 2015.

Downtown Project Funding Request (DPFR) 2014-2015

The Miami DDA provides grants/funding to special events and/or projects that take place in Downtown, have an economic impact on the area, and strengthen Downtown Miami’s recognition as a vibrant and exciting destination for residents and visitors. Deadline to submit the application is March 30, 2015 at noon.
