The 2018 Mid-Year Report shows how condo development in Downtown Miami has reached its midpoint, and surging demand has led to a significant uptick in conventional rental units. The Office Tenant Report 2018, conducted by Cushman & Wakefiel for the Miami DDA, gives a comprehensive overview of tenants, demand, and industry mix in Downtown Miami from 2013 through 2018.
